The Arranmore Ferry Self Service Kiosk

We're delighted to share the news that the Arranmore Ferry now has a self service kiosk located on Burtonport Pier.

The kiosk features our latest times and shows how many space are available onboard the ferry, we've made all the times and buttons as big as we can so it's super simple for anyone to use!

Super Simple To Use

We've worked really hard to make this process as simple as possible, you can be ready to board the ferry in 5 clicks, we've counted! Select a journey time, return time, number of people to appear on your ticket, save your details and click pay. Once you tap your card, your ticket is printed and you can board the blue ferry!

Payments

You can make a payment using your card, via contactless, or inserting it into the bottom of the payment reader. You can also use Apple and Google Pay via your devices too, just like our website and mobile app

All payments are processed using the Irish payment processor Stripe who securely handle your card details as our payment provider. They've made this kiosk and our payment devices possible with their payment terminals.

Tickets Booked and Sail

Once we've confirmed your payment, you'll get your ticket on screen. If you've entered an email address, we'll send an e-ticket to your email address too. Your ticket will be printed instantly from the printer which will have your QR code, (which can be scanned and taken to our website) and will feature all pertinent details for your ticket.

Timetables

We've also added the option for people to check the timetables for any given day - you can check how many spaces are available on each ferry.

We're very excited to get you all using the kiosk and to hear your feedback on how we can innovate and make your crossing to and from Arranmore Island even smoother.
