Online booking is advised during our peak season of June, July and August and groups of 10+ are advised to book in advance all year.
Can sailings be disrupted due to tides and weather?
Yes. We have a free mobile app ‘Arranmore Ferry’ which can be downloaded and times are updated instantly there.
Can I bring my bicycle onboard the Arranmore Ferry?
Yes, bicycles can be brought onboard the Ferry.
Can I take my pet onboard the Arranmore Ferry?
Yes, pets are permitted on the ferry but please have them on a leash.
Can I use my Free Travel Pass on the Ferry?
Yes. We accept the Irish Free Travel Card and the 65+ Northern Ireland SmartPass. Please bring the card with you on the of travel.
What are the fares to go to Arranmore Island?

How long is the ferry to Arranmore Island?
The trip to Arranmore Island is approximately 20-25 minutes.
Where do you get the boat to Arranmore Island?
You can get the boat to Arranmore from Burtonport Pier
Can I bring along my modified or lower profile car aboard?
Lower profile cars are accepted aboard the ferry, but the company will accept no responsibility for any damage when embarking and disembarking the ferry
